I have a customer with a TVA 50 TDA 100 That recientlly started sending an alert tone when someone try's to VM Transfer like the tone before a voice intercom this appears to only be happening with 1 phone ( the owners of course) I haven't been on site yet just checking for any known issues or settings that would cause this

check call screening. it can alert, then you take action, or it can be automatic.
