Welcome to the ever changing world of Avaya....
They changed the way the Manager/IPO Suite is numbered when Release 9 came out.
It was always that the Manager/IPO Suite software was 2 Digits higher than the the Version in the KSU. So, if your KSU was Release 6.0, you would use Manager Release 8.0 And, if your KSU was Release 7.0, you would use Manager Release 9.0 (not to be confused with the NEW Manger Release 9.0) Makes a lot of sense doesn't it????
Anyway, you are using the old 10.xx software and not the new 10.0 software. It used to give you a cryptic warning that there was a mismatch, but not anymore.
Solution, you need to find and download the NEW 9.1.7 Manager/IPO Suite to be able to program your KSU.
