System 9.1 We have a system alarm 101 that has been coming up regularly for some weeks. We know this is a hardware error report and we think we know the extension that is causing this. I thought that you could go into the error log in the VPU and get that confirmed, but we an not find the right file. Any help? We simply want to confirm that the extension we think is the one causing the alarm. Unplugging the phone is not an option.

pull the error logs and you will be looking for the file named: N[Node#]_MonthDD_StartTime_EndTime.log
