Two sites connected via SPNet.
Site A has a PRI, site B no trunks.
Site B can dial 10 digit numbers and 1 + except 1 8xx-xxx-xxxx
I tried changing the PRI grp access to 799, same problem, rings busy.

I had the same problem. Can you PM me a copy of Site A's database so I can compare it to mine?

Need a DB for both sites to see what the issue is.
It's likely the access digit + 18 matches an entry in the indial table at site A.
