We have an Intertel Axcess Phone switch. We like to record phone conversations.
What type of equipment would we need for this?
Axcess Phone system 7.006
We are trying to setup Record A Call feature?

Just filling in until an Intertel Tech chimes in...
Are you wanting to record specific calls on demand at selected extensions, all calls to an extension or all calls to the system? Each application has various 3rd party solutions if the Axcess doesn't have the feature.
I also suspect your lines are PRI and not analog? Knowing the exact specifics of your need will help someone give you an answer.
