Yes this is correct. Just disregard the fax server portions of my question. All I need is plain old CID sent to the SLC ports.

The Mitel/Inter-Tel guy met with me today and we got it set up. Initially we couldn't get the CID info to appear on the SLC ports.

To make this work on this Axxess 9 system we had to swap out one of the DKSC+ cards to a DKSC+ card with newer firmware. Once we did that, (previously had enabled the CID flags on the analog ports) the CID info started to appear on the SLC ports.

Apparently the older versions of the DKSC+ cards only pass CID info to digital ports. DKSC+ cards with newer firmware also pass CID info to SLC ports.

Probably could have got away replacing the older DSP on the original + card, being free and all, but whatever works I guess.
