I have a customer that has 50+ SMT series IP phones. I tried to configure the Mulitcast paging, but have had no success........and Samsung tech just basically said it works on their test HUB... Has anyone had any success getting this to work? Site is a 7400 v4.92 Network switches are HP (not sure of exact model since we do not manage those) I have been testing at my office with HP 2920 switches.

Currently I have 48 channels, but I have temporarily put in an extra OAS card to remedy this until I can get the Multicast working..

I had this issue at a school with HP switches where the multicast didn't work.
But when i testing in my office (flat network, no vlans) it just worked 1st time on my ubigate switches.
I've also done it on a SCM-C with cisco switches across sites and it just worked 1st time

We have had success with multicast paging by enabling multicast traffic through all of the ports on the switches in place.
