Have one, out of several, IP Phone user who's Forward Path doesn't work. If he is not there or doesn't answer, calls never go to voicemail.

Has same FORWARD PATH as all others that do work.

What do I need to be looking at?


PHONE: 550.8662E
SYSTEM: IPRC in AXXESS v. 10.003

system fowarding flags on the station side is a place to start - see if they are getting disabled
