Had a voice mail failure. Replaced voice mail. Set up all boxes, lines etc. The dentist uses an emergency mailbox which calls his cell phone when a voice mail is left at that extension. It has worked for 10 years. Can not get the replacement VM to deliver the message. It will call but hang up immediately after I answer. I will hear tone sounds in background before it disconnects sometimes.
What have I missed?

It could be that pager notification is still turned on. You want to clear that option thru admin when calling a cell phone.
