Hi Guys,

I am using embedded VM on a 3300 controller and my question is:- on the VM RAD Greetings page your have the rad set column and then greeting 1 - 5. If I set up rad set 10 with greeting 1 and greeting 2 they come out immediately after each other, is there a way of adding a time gap between them like in the ACD side. Thanking you in advance
