I have a 200 EL with an ONS integrated voicemail. I forward all guest rooms to voicemail on no answer and then in 2 or 3 days,all of the forwarding is off. what should I look for? Thanks

check the cos for the console, someone is cancelling all call forwards. remove that cos option, i don't recall what option it is.
