System is DX-80 with 7260 phones (sorry if that's redundant). Three extensions are supposed to ring with an incoming call, and have for years. Last week, an employee turned up the volume on extensions 101 and 102 so she could hear them at a distance. Everything worked normally for a half-hour, then all 3 phones stopped ringing with an incoming call. The red light on each phone still blinked, and you could answer the call. Volume was checked on each phone, all were maxed out. The system was then power cycled, and extension 103 started ringing again, but nothing on 101 and 102. After a lot of phone swapping (as troubleshooting), 101 started ringing again. So now only 102 doesn't ring. If you move the 102 phone to the 101 position, it rings. If you move the 101 phone to 102, it doesn't ring. System has been power cycled numerous times.
It seems that the 102 extension has been "told" not to ring. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Steve
