Just wondering how many ports of voicemail does a Mitel 200 ICP MX controller come with? I was thinking 20...It is at feature levels 6 I have one that customer needs some maintenance done and it only has 6 ports of vm programmed...they want RADS configured.

You should check in form 01 and see how many voice mail cards are installed, then look in form 09 to see how many are programmed.

I think the MXe comes with 24 ports of voicemail. I usually find that 6-8 is plenty for a hotel.
