I have a customer who has a call divert setup on their Officeserv 7030 to ring various mobile numbers dependent on who is on-call. The divert is currently set manually through a handset.

I wondered if it was possible to set the divert remotely using device manager through a computer on the network, or is there any other way to change the divert remotely. The problem is when it is a bank holiday if the on-call number changes someone visits the office to manually change the phone over to another mobile, I was wondering if there was a better way to do this, An automated timer isn't going to be possible because the on-call person frequently changes due to sickness, holiday or other work issues.

If the system has voicemail you could set a night ring plan that sends the call to a voicemail box and use find me or follow me and change the number remotely as needed.

Use the holiday list you can define the date and ring plan and the VM mode and then just set a different ring plan for each mobile if they don't have many then you can change it using the OSDM.

Are they just setting the external call forward on 1 extension ?
Then using remote DM is probably as easy as anything and gives you the flexibility to change it on the go
