I have an Inter-tel Axxess system running 11.005 software version. I have redundant CPS servers connected via ATM, and the Inter-tel Voice Mail server. Does anyone know which files should be backed up regularly on the voice mail system? In particular, where are the application recordings and voice mail messages stored.
Please help.

We do a nightly backup of the entire Avdap folder. I also perform a weekly manual backup through DB Programming.
The Avdap service needs to be stopped before the backup. I have a script written by Inter-Tel for both CPS and VPU if you are interested.

Could you send me the script? That would be wonderful. So the Avdap process needs to stop before the backup, thanks for that piece of info too.
