Well this is starting to become a nuisance. Samsung really needs to fix their quality control checking on items. I have just finished booting up and running setup on a 6021 connecting it to a os7100. Unfortunately after the install was ran and it went to reboot. It now gets stuck on just the Samsung boot screen and doesn't ever load. Is there a fix for this at all? or do I just have to send the phone to repair?

Yes, you have to send those in for warranty repair. I have probably have had three go bad. Be sure you keep your plastics as they may not come back once the phone is repaired.
