Samsung OS7070
Version 4.43

system is working ok but we are not able to connect via osdm .
message comes that invalid password.

RESET THE SYSTEM BY RESET SWITCH ON FRONT (Same result no p/w accept)
system is pinging .
PC os is windows 7
compatible mode is active
Tried IT tool Same Result

if we program via digital set and same time try to connect it shows that some one is in program mode.
but via osdm continue same error message .

any one experienced this issue

Since you're running an old version, make sure the encryption tickbox (or menu choice) is off

Other option is to use the reset method via the keyset
