I'm trying to set up 2 different night modes. Day mode is Monday thru Friday 7:30 till 4pm, night mode 2 Monday thru Thursday 4pm till 7:30am. night mode 3 Friday 4pm till Monday 7:30. I'm missing something, just can't get it to switch on my schedules.

Analog lines or PRI? Either way you are going to need to setup VE for each mode forwarded to VM. Set your DIL or translation tables to the right settings for modes.

12-01-02

12-02 use night service group 1 and toggle service patterns for days

12-03 ans 12-04 etc are easy from there.

I suggest playing with this in house til you figure it out.

I’m pretty sure you have to use a 24 hour clock

Are you trying to use automatic night mode

If so

00:00 to 7:30 Mode one

7:30 to 16:00 Mode two

16:00 to 24:00 Mode one

You can setup as teldata1 says but,

by default mode 2 is night mode, 00:00-07:30
Mode 1 would be the day mode.

Hello, New to Nec (from Samsung), layout still foreign . I have a similar question. I have built three Night Mode Service Groups for a retail system that has seasonal hours. I cannot see where the customer would change the settings for this mode. It appears the service code is 618 for this feature. How does one apply it? Would the after hour greetings change with the Service Group? Thank you, Gary

There are keys you can program on the phone that do this.
