I want to prevent callers from pressing # during Dept.X's main AA and getting redirected to our company's main auto attendant. Too many calls are going to our operator that should be for Dept.X, but people know how to bypass the system by pressing #. Is there any way I can prevent callers from pressing #? I've looked throughout the UM8000 and couldn't find anywhere to do this. One-key dialing only goes from 0-9. Thank you.

In the voicemail can you change what its "operator" setting is. If so either delete or change its destination. 2. In the phone system change the "operator" to a different extension that is set to DND and dumps them back into the voicemail.
