Hi
I was working on a DSX System today haven't seen one in a while They have an emergency mailbox that's set up with cascading message notification (Voice Mail Pro)
The first call goes out within seconds no problem but I could never get the 2nd call to go out if the first one did not answer
what am I missing

What is the timer set at for 2nd notification? By default its set at 20 minutes.
We get old too soon, smart too late
