Typical of the internet, the OP is a one-timer. Single login, single post, and I actually reached out to them via PM with no response. To me, this was a simple 4x32 IPPBX with, pick your IP phones for admin. (the 4x32 a baseline, it could be 0x32 with SIP trunks).

Crickets.

I did a search of the area, but did not find a property with cabins. Of course I didn't look very hard.
