I just tried to set up information mailbox on a Evcm
I call in and I'm still able to leave a msg.
Do I need to set up a menu to do the disconnect
Thanks Jim

You have to specify that the mailbox is an info mailbox; adding a menu that doesn't have Record/Normal as a default action with a route back to the main OHMenu is probably the way to go, especially if the mailbox number is with the range set on the Integrations tab. It's usually easier to create a new mailbox with a number above 900 to avoid dealing with the default user menu set up in regular mailboxes.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
