I recently found the way to forward an extension to extension call to voicemail but found that the caller has to wait for 8 rings to get connected. I need to know where I can go to reduce that to a more acceptable number.
Thank you.

Eight rings is a bit misleading. The double ring for IC calls is different than CO calls. The No Answer timer is the same for both. Changing the No Answer timer is not a really good idea. It changes is for all calls, IC and CO. Another option is to set the Forwarding Path to YES for DND, and have users put themselves into DND when away from their desks.

I will let the users know if they leave their desk that they need to set it to DND. Thank you for the info on the IC rings versus CO rings.
