Hope this thread finds someone that can help me out. I Have a Telrad system that I have managed to keep on the grid and it is still running strong. I have one issue that has come to light that I cannot seem to figure out. Since COVID, we all know that work from home has become popular. That being said we have several people that work from home so I setup the call forward, on their in house extension, to forward to their cell phone. I am doing this through the speed dial feature by call forwarding all calls to a speed dial and having that speed dial programmed to their cell phone. Well it's not working. When you call their DID number it will continuously ring and never hits the cell phone. I'm sure it is something that I am over looking and you guru's will make me feel dumb. Also the system I am running is an IPEX2 emaGEN Version 10.3.15. with a full PRI circuit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith

Obviously something with the signaling or even secure disconnect keeping the channel open. I don't know. We are An avaya shop and found in a situations going to our cloud product worked beautifully because there's no setup and forwarding and it doesn't matter where the person has their phone. So as it has internet they just take it with them on top of it. They have a smartphone app if they're out and about as well as a PC soft phone. The best part is that it's often no money down and cheaper from us than a legacy system with a PRI corset depends on that configuration. If you want to talk about getting rid of this headache and moving forward with some cool stuff, message me and we can talk offline. It might be a lot of sense in this situation.

Go to DID routing and set the day and night to a system speedball. You can also test the forwarding if you Call forward all and dial the station internally. I'm assuming you are using LCR for dialing out.

Is there any Telrad Tech Support still around. We moved must of our Telrad customers to the cloud but still have several. And as along as they don't need today's technology , they just keep on going
