Hi All,
I too am in need of Version 5.03 for an OS7100.
Can anyone provide me with a copy of it?
I actually would like V5.03 for all the OS7000 line if possible because I may need them in the future.
So 7030, 7200, 7200s, and 7400 if possible.

Hello everyone,
I'm currently on the lookout for an updated software for my Samsung OfficeServ 7200 telephone system. I'm currently running version 5.01, but I'm encountering issues with Java – the software fails to launch after entering the password, displaying an error message "check the DM connection and system."
Is there an updated version compatible with the latest Java, or has anyone else experienced this issue and found a different solution? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You have a mismatch with the dm software and the system ip address. The software fails to launch because the software can't connect to the system.This is either a bad cable or ip address wrong. I don't think java is your issue .

This is not the case unfortunately, on another PC with an old Java version the program works perfectly.

So what do you think 5.03 is going to do? It only opened up the licenses. It seems you have a java problem, in fact in both threads you are posting to you seem to have confirmed it. You aren't going to get Samsung to fix this, they gave up years ago.

I don't want to convince Samsung, but find a solution by bypassing the java version always if possible.
