Is there a way to bury a CAP key on a 2 button DIG and still be able to retrieve an outbound/inbound trunk call that was placed on HOLD?
Currently, pressing HOLD places the call on HOLD, button does not light, call cant be retrieved unless you wait out the recall timer.
TIA

Have you thought about parking the calls, without using buttons, park hold dial #6, park hold answer *6

2 button phones IMHO are worthless other than lobby phones. You can pick up 12 button phones pretty cheap.
