HI! There ,, I have customer with issue OS100 analog Trunk - With X201 has Long Distance call to transfer an in office Analog Restricted telephone set ,call does not transfer,, analog set is restricted from making outgoing long distance calls. Any ideas ?? Thks guys

How is the analog set restricted? By COS? Maybe check I think it's mmc 304 trunk access?

So here is the big question, can you transfer a local call to this analog ext? I'm thinking you can't since the transfer shouldn't matter if it's local or ld.

HI PVJ,, yes they can transfer local calls to Analog restricted phone ,, i know i set it to Local calls and i think they can't call 800#'s,, ,, also know i did Telecom fraud protection several years back.

I don't understand how the system would restrict a ld transfer and allow a local transfer. Restriction should be based on an outgoing call from the analog set. The analog station has trunk access to all trunks? If you can't figure it out message me and send me the database and I'll load it up on my system.

No the Analog set has access to 1 trunk , but we know it works with local transfers. I know she said it does not go thru,, not sure if it rings for L.D. ,i would think no. ?? I test on Tues. afternoon.
