I have an NEC sv9100 CP10 that has a VPN connection to another building. That building has IP phones. Sporadically some of the IP phones will continue to reboot and end up with "SIP server not found" After a period of time the phones will eventually come back up. While these phones are rebooting I am able to ping the 9100 directly from the ping feature of the phone and Im able to ping the phones IP address that was assigned when they worked.
IT has watched the VPN tunnel and its fine. This happens quite a few times during the week.
Not sure how confusing this is lol
Any thoughts
