No, but it's pretty straight forward.
Back up the CP10 database then import it on the CP20 software.
Adjust the inmail ports to reflect the new numbering plan/dept group standard.
Make sure you have the CP20 already updated, initialized and the license uploaded.
Upload the database.
Use the util to copy all the VM stuff from the CP10 to the CP20.SDcard. You will need to have the card reader for this on your pc. This can take a while depending on how much is there.
Reinsert SDcard, start the system. You MIGHT have to reboot once but it should be fine.

If you don't have a card reader you can copy user and AA greetings by logging into Web Pro, sign in name USER1

Yep, I would also make a backup of those just in case.

Silly question I know but why are people now upgrading to CP20 when NEC are exiting the market and third parties have started selling licenses for the CP10?

Because with a CP20, in the US, you are covered for 5 years. CP20 also does a couple of extra things for cloud integration.

So you are getting 5 years cover, but what does that include? Here I'm seeing a lot less and people are buying 3rd party licenses for the CP10 rather than upgrade to something that will also be dead in however many years! There is almost as little future in the CP20 as the CP10.

Tech support for the CP20 goes to the 3/20/30, tech support for the CP10 ends 12/30/25

So when was the last time you needed tech support for a standard set up customer?

I am not able to log into programming using #*#*
i know it has to do with "tech" was I supposed to change that user name prior
