We are a non-profit Christian Center with a Christian School, counseling center, and a community based event center. We have three ESI Generation II systems in our facilities that serve us very well. We have invested significantly in learning and programming these systems to do exactly what we need. We have everything that we need to service them provided by a company they installed them for us originally about 20 years ago. We love them and have purchased extra parts.
We have changed cards, etc.
We just had a main system board go bad and replaced it but need some help from someone with a little more experience with these older systems to help coach us through getting the system back up.
Is there anyone on the forum that might be willing to help?
