So... (Inter-tel CS5200) Using EM
I had a user that when trying to check her voicemail, (currently had 5 messages waiting) the system states "there was an error retrieving your messages" and then takes you back to the main screen.
So...
I found her mailbox on the voice server and copied them to a seperate folder. I then used the DB manager to clear all messages. She can now access her mailbox, but the messages are gone. I tried to recover deleted and no love. I have the raw files and if this was an IP Office I could just open them up in media player.
Is there any way to play the files on some sort of media player?
Or..
Is there a way to get them back into the mailbox?
Reading the files with a player would be key.
