Hi
Is anyone able to recommend a cheap USB handset which will work with the 8602 softphone? We have tried a couple so far but they are more geared towards skype. Audio is fine but the keypad is not functional.
Thanks

Cheap? No. I use a Plantronics CS50-USB with my 8602. I’m not aware that a keypad built into a headset is supported on the 8602. I had experimented with a corded headset that cost me about 50 bucks, don’t remember the brand. It worked okay, but was a pain being wired to my laptop.
This is a case of you get what you pay for. There’s enough that can cause crappy audio on VoIP; I wouldn’t start with a crappy headset.

Hi
It's a handset that I'm looking for, not a headset. We've tried a couple of USB handsets about the size of a small DECT phone and the audio is fit for purpose. Of course, for phone calls the audio doesn't have to be hd.
Cheers
