I'm putting a DuVoice Ensemble voice mail system on a System 25 and would like to direct specific trunks to specific mailboxes for individual tenant greetings. I can't get the System 25 to pass the trunk ID to DuVoice, so it always answers with the default main greeting. I've tried using both ZTN78's and ZTN742's to interface the voice mail ports, but neither works. Is it a dumb mistake in setting it up or is the old 25 just not capable?

The system 25 uses dtmf strings, so this should not be an issue. Do you have a trace feature on the Du Voice? When i have setup Key voice systems, we have had to adjust our tables based on the digits being passed. You might have to difine every trunk being used.

Try adding the specific trunk to the station
as a personal line w/ princial user. It works
just fine with VM's I use.
