I am attempting to use program #117 on a Partner Plus to set longer intercom ringing at stations when the auto attendant transfers a caller. However, I get an error message when I go attempt to input that program number. I am using a manual for a Partner II. Is it a different program for a Partner Plus?

#117 is for rings until the station's voice mail answers so you are using the right program. The only thing I can think of is to make sure you are programming from station 10 or 11. If your not at 10 or 11 it will give you an error tone.

Thank you for your reply. I am at station 10 and all other programs are fine. Just this darn tootin' prog #117. The system is old, and I think maybe it's just fizzin' out. Do you think that could be it? (I wouldn't mind selling them a new system).
Thanks again

Try it from 11 and see what happens, also what release mail are you using? You might not have that option, its not available to all systems,I guessing that's your problem.
