It's being installed in an identical system and I'd like to wipe out all the boxes, greetings, etc and restore the factory default values. Can this be done with a buttset? My laptop is being repaired.

I have only been able to do this by letting Avaya dial in to the maint. port and do it. I am not sure they are even supporting this vm anymore.
