Check your Main menu greetings to be sure you have them in, If you have the Touch tone Gate open all callers will hear the Merlin Mail greeting then the Main Menu greeting.

how do I check the main menu greeting?
I am sorry, if it's a dumb question , but it's the first time that I am setting up a mail system.

Ok, this could take forever to post back and forth, go here and download the manual. It is pretty easy to follow and explains all the program settings as you go through it. It has a nice index as well so it's easy to look for things. I think by talking with you once you have this manual you will be able to set it up with no problems.
