I'm receiving both Name & Number ICLID when the trunk destination terminates to one station. If the call goes to cover, the ICLID Number is replaced with the Covered Ext Number. How can I change to drop the Cover for Ext Number and display the ICLID Number?

If you cover the call to a vector or a hunt group it will retain the ICLID info of the original caller to the vector/huntgroup members.

This is what I need this to happen - appreciate the help. Incoming call needs to ring a Cover Answer Group of 8 stations w/ICLID, then if not answered cover to 1 mailbox 24 hours. I created a hunt group ext 290, covered to path 2 (which points to c1 then h99 Audix) I sent incoming trunk group 1 to Hunt Group ext 290. The ICLID Number is replaced again by cover Ext 290. The ICLID Name & Number info displays if I Park then Retreave the call. What would be the best way to setup? Thanks
