I understand the Merlin Legend has a built in modem for remote maint. How do I get to it? Does it have an extension number that I can be transfered to?

you can get transferred to it or dial direct, depending on the system. You will need the WinSPM software to access it. I suggest you contact one of the installers that is in your area for further assistance. We don't post any information about access and passwords in the main forums.
