Ok had a customer that needed a new processor card about a year ago. they had a Partner II (don't know what rev but they have a partner Mail card). We ended up giving them a Partner Plus R4.0 They addresses to me today that since the change when a call is transferred, the caller doesn't hear any ringback. IS this a feature that can be turned on and off? MOH is off. IS it exclusive to a particular processor or rev?

The caller will either hear music or they won't hear anything. I would suggest that they put music on there system.

If your referring to the person that transfers the call they will get a ring back according to the setting #105

thanks DTMF. That's what I thought, but I never actually noticed before if the partner generated ringback so I was unable to give a definitive answer.
