Greetings!
We have recently installed a new Partner ACS R6 system with Partner Messaging R7.0
The problem we are having is that the Messaging system appears to lock up/freeze periodically (have not seen a pattern to it..) causing up much head-aches! We are using a single automated attendant and only have about 10 mail boxes.
The problem seems to happen more on Mondays, so I thought that maybe someone had hacked the p/w and was messing around with it over the weekends, so I just changed the password this morning. However, I have had to reboot it twice today due to this problem and would really like some help on how to t/s this problem. I have read through all the manuals and so forth and can't seem to find anything on troubleshooting the device, as in log files or diagnostics, etc...
Here are the specs on the system: Partner Messaging R7.0 Software Version: 7.0.42 Language Version: 7.0.1 Messaging ports : 4
