Hi all; I'm having trouble getting our Avaya with VM PRO to play nice with Outlook Express 6. I've read many help files which lead you to believe it's as simple as installing OE6 and leaving it open. Avaya connects to OE6 via MAPI and sends the WAV file as an attachment through the open account. However, nothing happens. Any tips and tricks I should be doing? Our phone engineer seems to of installed VM PRO as an application if that's any help (user logged on is local admin). Can you send your replies to [email protected] as I've only just found this great forum and might not get much chance to chack it regulary. Cheers!
