Looking for help, I as any good tech would am trying to save my co money. I have many 8410d phones and 6400 sets and also a handful of merlin sets. What I am in need of is a web site that handles telephone replacement parts for me to repair my phones on site and not send them out for repair. I know some co have refurbishment phones but why buy them when i have two good hands to fix my own.

I have found his web site but all i see is small buisness repair which is great for my merlin sets but I also need 6400 and 8400 repair parts specifically displays and keypad parts

Sorry to bump up an old thread, but I am wonderring if anyone has a source for the displays on the Definity 8434DX. I hate to tell my customer that his $300 phone is smoked for lack of this part.
