We have several IP Office systems (7) in use two appear to have chronic losses of the analog port module boxes. One thought was high loop current, measured it at 29 ma. not really high, seen higher, without affecting other systems ay thoughts

The failed boxes have been different hardware releases. We have submitted them for a repair estimate hopefully, they can be repaired. We are at a loss as to why they are failing. we have all the system installed since 2002 and only two sites have been chronic, one is with at 403 processor and the other a 406 box, all are in climate controlled areas and all are on UPS, all in and out bound copper is protected. Failures have occurred one is in a rural setting and the other a urban area, downtown. The only thing common between the two sites was the 29ma + loop current.
