Hey guys/gals, I am trying to set up a newly installed 007 MLM in a Legend System. Everything is set up and working EXCEPT VOICEMAIL. Music on Hold....everything. Working great. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set up the darn Voicemail. Are there any experienced people out there that know this system? I'm on site now, and would appreciate any responses you guys might have.
Sincere thanks,
Kelvin Suttles

Since the 007 is nowhere near new, I would suggest downloading the installation and configuration guide from Avaya.com. That would get you started or you could start by telling us what you have done so far. Is the calling group configured? How many ports? Has it been defaulted? Do you have passwords?

Program group calling members: enter group 770 the ports that are on voicemil. If yoo do not know then enter * and slot and port numbers ex *0601, *0602
enter group type as integrated vm
enter group cover 30 as covering 770
enter group cover 30 members, the extensions you want to have voicemail.
enter lines in group calling.
call intercomm 770 and vm should answer. Log into mailbox 9997 and follow prompts to set up vm.

Thanks everyone. My problem was not a complete lack of knowledge. The stupid card was bad. I have ordered a replacement and it should be in soon.
Sincere thanks to everyone.

Okay, I now have the new card installed and it seems to be working fine. I have set up the voicemail boxes but cannot get the voicemail services to pick up after hours when an outside caller comes in. I have all the extensions in group 1 and all the VMI stuff in group 30 under 770. Any suggestions?
