HI
have a merlin II system trying to set up night service to 2 exts 49 and 50 basic extensions
on the 34 d console in programming group night service there programmed . on testing they dont ring, also in test the ports i programmed them to ring during day service and they do , but when changed to night service they dont. anyone have any thoughts thanks Dan

Dan, are you using #307,attendant's itcm #, touch auto itcm #'s of ext's 49 and 50. Green Lights on at att. phone ,touch message,done------John PS. do 49,50 have pool line access?

no went into console display, adminstration conference twice
touch night serivce , touch group, dial attendant# touch auto itcm 49-50 green lights on .I think 49 -50 is in line/pool group ill check monday.
on the #307 feature i tried that but kept getting a beep tone. manual say touch message first then #307

Dan, sounds like you have Merlin 2 console and not 34d phone for program. you do need to touch message first before #307. Try it, but sounds like you you had it right first time.-----John

HI john so from console just dial #307 attendant # touch 49 50 auto button to green

yes i did that the lights are green on 49 50
but when night service button pushed those 2 ext do not ring

im heading back out to the site today ill review all programming above and hope today was better then friday lol thanks
