How do I clear this error code from Ext. 10 and 11 on Partner phones?

Your help would be very much appreciated!

That will clear the error.
But may what to make sure none of the extensions are in use,.....because they will be cut-off when the system resets.

Better question is "what is the error", and what caused it to appear, what do you need to do to keep it from reoccuring?

I have seen ACS's(all releases) that would produce this with power surges. With no ASA/DXD card installed or ever had.

I had a problem with this back before we went to 10 digit dialing on an acs r3. New install and the customer was in area where the prefix was 892. well I had it set for intercom as prime line and customer would forget to select a line first when they went off hook. so basically if you dial intercom 892 or 891 without having the card it would make the display read no asa/dxd card. I later set prime line as co and that problem went bye bye!

Yup, intercom 891 or 892 will do it. You can do #728 to clear it or you can just power the system down by pulling the plug.

If you do pull the plug make sure that the two AAA batteries are in good shape otherwise you will lose your programming. Better yet just replace them, they probably need it anyway.
