If you reset the system will it lose everything?
No, nothing will be lost. That's what "System Reset-Programming Saved means". It's like rebooting a computer, very often it will solve the problem and is the first thing to try.

Amanda is the voicemail system I believe. Ill have her try to reset the voicemail and if that doesnt work the system. Originally posted by ttech:

Well then all bets are off. I assumed that you had one of the Partner messaging systems. Reset the system as I recommended and the VM will be reset also. That's not going to happen with an external non OEM VM system.
I would go ahead and do the system reset, maybe it is the Partner system. If not you are going to have to look at the VM system.
In that case maybe this should be moved to the Voice Mail Forum where someone familiar with Amanda can make some recommendations.
