I think you have been given good advice here but it's not the purpose of this forum to tell you how to set up a system. Documentation for your system is available on the Avaya website, I suggest you go there and familiarize yourself with it. It should answer most of your questions. If not there should be an Avaya dealer locally who can set this up for you if at all possible given the problems you have.
