I have a customer with a legend system. The boss has turned on a feature that beeps at him every 2 to 3 minutes while on a speaker phone call. He says it never used to do this. Is there a code he could have turned on?

It could be "CALL WAITING".
It can be activated by pressing FEATURE *11, and it can be deactivated by pressing FEATURE **11.
You can figure out if this is your culprit by doing a print of the extension.
