ok I have a customer with an ACS 3.0 all the ext's work fine except 12. When the user dials a number weird fonts display on the display(18D phones instead of the number they are dialing. I have never seen this before does anyone have any ideas??

Have you did basic troubleshooting? Like take a know good phone and switch with the extension in question.

yeah Mike I tried that and it does the same thing, so I'm fihuring it's a port problem but I have never seen it before

Try cycling the power first, see if it heals itself

Then if you have hooked a phone staight to the control unit at ext.12 and have the same problem then it must be the R.6.
